Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original sealed condition
- The original packaging is intact and undamaged
- The return is accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes and attars (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized fragrance blends
- Items purchased on final sale or during special promotions (unless defective)
- Gift sets where any component has been opened
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange a product for a different fragrance, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
For defective or incorrect orders, return shipping is covered by Inayaa Perfumes. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. How to Initiate a Return
